Not only will you learn the essential skills for baking, but you’ll also gain practical experience and job placement support.

📚 All our courses are 20% theory and 80% practical, ensuring hands-on learning from day one.
✨ We provide support for documentation, job interview preparation, and job placement for all students.
💼 Internship opportunities (1 to 3 months) are available for selected participants.

  • Basic bread-making: from classic white bread to multigrain breads and brown bread

  • Muffins and cookies: techniques for light and fluffy muffins and various cookie types

  • Pies and tarts: preparing delicious, flaky crusts and filling varieties

  • Cakes and pastries: including sponge cakes, brownies, and sweet rolls

  • Mousse and sponge cake: techniques for rich mousse desserts and light sponge cakes

  • Doughnuts: frying and glazing techniques for classic doughnuts

  • Sponge cake and decoration practice: mastering the art of cake decoration

  • Forest cakes: creating delicious layered cakes with fresh ingredients
