✨ We provide support for documentation, job interview preparation, and job placement for all students.
💼 Internship opportunities (1 to 3 months) are available for selected participants.

  • Food Safety & Ingredient Knowledge: Understand the importance of food safety, proper ingredient handling, and storage techniques

  • Stocks & Their Uses: Learn the fundamentals of making and using stocks, the base for many Continental dishes, including chicken, beef, and vegetable stock

  • Soups & Their Accompaniments: Master a range of soups, from classic French onion soup to light vegetable soups, and discover their perfect accompaniments

  • Classic Continental Sauces: Learn the key sauces used in Continental cooking, including béchamel, velouté, espagnole, and hollandaise

  • Cold & Emulsion Sauces & Salads: Prepare a variety of cold sauces (e.g., vinaigrette, mayonnaise) and salads, both traditional and modern

  • Continental Breakfast Items 1, 2 & 3: Learn to make classic Continental breakfast items like croissants, French toast, and omelets, along with accompaniments like bacon and sausages

  • Light Foods & Snacks 1 & 2: Explore light dishes and snacks like quiches, sandwiches, and canapés, as well as finger foods suitable for any occasion

  • Entrees: Prepare a selection of entrees, from beef Wellington to vegetable gratins, and learn proper presentation techniques

  • Pasta & Desserts: Discover how to make fresh pasta (e.g., pappardelle, tagliatelle) and classic desserts like crème brûlée, tarts, and soufflés

  • Final Practical & Theoretical Exam: A comprehensive exam to evaluate both your practical skills and theoretical knowledge
