From perfecting sushi rice to mastering traditional and fusion rolls, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to create delicious and visually stunning sushi at home or in a professional kitchen.

📚 All our courses are 20% theory and 80% practical, ensuring hands-on learning from day one.
✨ We provide support for documentation, job interview preparation, and job placement for all students.
💼 Internship opportunities (1 to 3 months) are available for selected participants.

  • Sushi Rice & Nori Handling: Learn to prepare perfect sushi rice and handle nori sheets with precision.

  • Cutting Fish & Vegetables for Sushi: Knife skills for slicing raw fish and preparing fillings.

  • Salmon & Avocado Rolls: Combine classic flavors and textures in maki rolls.

  • California Maki & Chicken Cheese Roll: Western-style rolls with a Nepali twist.

  • Hand Roll (Temaki) Techniques: Cone-shaped rolls made with care and creativity.
