Designed for beginners and food enthusiasts alike, this hands-on course will teach you how to prepare a variety of traditional dishes enjoyed across Nepal — from daily staples like Dal Bhat to festive Newari specialties. You’ll explore the flavors, techniques, and cultural significance behind each recipe, all while building practical skills in an immersive cooking environment.

📚 All our courses are 20% theory and 80% practical, ensuring hands-on learning from day one.
✨ We provide support for documentation, job interview preparation, and job placement for all students.
💼 Internship opportunities (1 to 3 months) are available for selected participants.

🍛 What You’ll Learn:

  • Dal, Bhat & Seasonal Veg Curry: The everyday Nepali meal — nutritious, flavorful, and full of tradition.

  • Chicken Curry & Tomato Achar: Rich homemade chicken curry paired with spicy tomato pickle.

  • Fish Curry & Gundruk ko Achar: Fish with Nepal’s famous fermented leafy greens.

  • Mo:Mo (Veg/Chicken) & Spicy Achar: Nepal’s favorite dumplings — learn folding, steaming, and making the perfect sauce.

  • Dhido, Saag & Jwanoko Soup: Buckwheat porridge with sautéed greens and warming carom seed soup.

  • Fapar ko Roti & Mula/Aalu ko Achar: Hearty buckwheat flatbread with radish or potato pickle.

  • Gajar ko Haluwa & Chamre (Sweet Rice): Classic sweet dishes made for special occasions.

  • Chatamari (Rice Flour Pizza): A delicious Newari-style dish with savory toppings.

  • Bara & Samaya Baji Elements: Make lentil patties and traditional side dishes from the Newari feast.

  • Tama Ko Soup (Bamboo Shoot Soup) & Yamari: A balance of sour bamboo flavors and sweet festive dumplings.

  • Review, Presentation & Closing: Practice, final recap, and presentation of your work.

By the end of this course, you’ll have a solid foundation in Nepali cooking and the confidence to recreate both everyday meals and celebration dishes — at home or in a professional kitchen.
