Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this hands-on course will equip you with the skills to create delicious Chinese meals at home or professionally.

Oriental Sauces: Master the art of making key Chinese sauces, including soy-based sauces, hoisin sauce, and sweet and sour sauce
Chinese Starters 1 & 2: Learn to prepare iconic starters such as spring rolls, dumplings, and bao buns
Chinese Soups: Discover the delicate techniques for creating traditional Chinese soups like Hot and Sour Soup, Wonton Soup, and Sweet Corn Soup
Main Courses 1, 2 & 3: Master a variety of traditional Chinese main dishes, including stir-fries, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, and Sweet and Sour Pork
Recap and Stir-Fry Practice: A focused session on mastering the art of stir-frying, an essential technique in Chinese cuisine
Mock Test: Prepare for the final evaluation with a mock test, practicing key skills and techniques
Sweet and Wrapping Techniques: Learn to make Chinese-style desserts like sesame balls and fortune cookies, along with perfecting your wrapping techniques for dumplings and buns
Final Practical and Theoretical Exam: Show off your newly learned skills with both a practical and theoretical exam
