Our Staff Team
Our diverse and talented waiters, baristas, chefs and guest house staff ensure every visitor to Cocina Mitho Chha receives a warm welcome, delicious food and drink, and a peaceful stay.
We are very proud of our inclusive Cocina Mitho Chha staff team; 90% of our team trained at the school themselves, 70% are female, 40% received a scholarship to complete their training, and 1 staff member has a hearing disability.

Neelam Maharjan
General Manager
manages bookings, staffing, day to day and organisational operations. She has been with us for 11 years.
Prashanti Gurung
Program Coordinator
works with hotels, partner organisations and our staff to manage all the training, internship and job placement of the students. She was a student here, and has been with us for 3 years.
