Course Overview

Our Diploma in Food & Beverage Service is a one-year professional program designed to prepare students for successful careers in the hospitality industry. With a balance of 20% theory and 80% practical training, the course ensures that learners not only understand the concepts but also gain hands-on experience in real hospitality environments.

Through a structured combination of classroom sessions, in-house practice, and industry internships, participants will develop the technical, personal, and professional skills required in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and resorts both in Nepal and abroad.

  • Basic knowledge of bar operations, POS systems, billing, and inventory

  • Handling customer complaints and maintaining service standards

  • Hygiene and safety: HACCP rules, personal and workplace hygiene

  • Barista Training: Espresso preparation, milk foaming, latte art, manual brewing methods, cold coffee recipes, and café operations.

  • Bartending & Mixology: Techniques for cocktails and mocktails, garnish preparation, pouring methods, use of bar tools, and international service standards.

  • Beverage Knowledge: Fundamentals of wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.
